Te Tii and Te Kura Tangata were created with the living building
standards in mind it is an embodiment of Tῡhoe values, principles, passion and
commitment to the whenua. Our identity comes from nature, our mana emanates from the land, Te Tii is proof of life; it’s a testament to our survival of 180 years of colonisation, it’s a declaration of our desire to practice what we
preach around care for our environment.
Te Tii brings new life, injects vibrancy and promotes economic opportunity while delivering a sense of pride for the people of Ruatāhuna.
